Which printer should a beginner start with?
Most first-time apparel creators start with the DTF-300 desktop for its low footprint and learning curve, then graduate to the roll-fed DTF-600 as order volume climbs. If signage or rigid products are your market, the SG-1800 Eco or UVF-6090 are better first machines.
Do your inks come with colour profiles?
Yes. Every JL-Star ink ships with tested ICC profiles built specifically for our machines, so your colour is consistent straight out of the box — and repeatable across multiple units in the same shop.
How fast can you ship spare parts and consumables?
Common parts, printheads, dampers and consumables are held in stock and dispatched within 48 hours, worldwide. We also offer consumables on subscription so you never run dry mid-job.
Do you provide installation and training?
Every install includes commissioning and hands-on operator training covering colour management, RIP workflow and maintenance — plus lifetime remote support from real machine specialists.
Can I test my own artwork before I commit?
Absolutely. Send us your design and substrate and we’ll print a physical sample on the machine you’re considering, then ship the proof to you — free. It’s the best way to judge colour and hand-feel before you buy.
Do you ship outside Hong Kong?
Yes — we manufacture in and ship from Hong Kong to over 40 countries, with documentation, crating and freight handled for you. Ask sales for a landed-cost quote to your location.
